Director, Physician Practice Operations

Provides effective leadership and management of day-to-day operations for multiple medical practices. Works with VP, Physicians Inc to assist in oversight and direction of site managers. Facilitates efficient operational workflows by serving as an expert in all aspects of practice operations. Oversees integration of established medical practices and assists in the development and integration of new physician practices. Maintains oversight of fiscal budget, strategic planning, policy implementation, quality management, and compliance with regulatory processes.

Education and Training

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required, Master's Degree preferred
• Clinical designation preferred

Experience

• Three (3) to Five (5) years related professional experience in an administrative Healthcare leadership role.
• Two (2) years' experience in specialty practice preferred.
