In this role you will:
Create and execute a sales plan - grow market share of landscape maintenance services to CRE, and class A office facility clients.
Network - Represent company in industry associations, professional groups, chambers, and events
Prospect, Develop and Close winning proposals which tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities and profit goals within in the San Fernando valley business and facility markets.

Must Haves:
3-5+ years front line sales of commercial services to facility and property managers
Experience with CRMs, HubSpot, Aspire, Proposify, or related.
4 years college degree or equivalent preferred
