Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Specialty: Chronic Dialysis

Shift: 10-hour days, 4x10s, no call, no float

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 1 year

License: Required

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Must-Have: Experience with dialysis, comfort with charting system Darwin

Job Description:

- Provide care in a chronic dialysis setting.
- Work shifts approximately from 0500 to 1530.
- Manage and care for approximately 58 patients.
- Operate Phoenix dialysis machines, totaling 19 machines in the clinic.
- Adhere to no call and no float requirements.
- Maintain and update patient records in the Darwin charting system.
- Participate in a team-oriented environment focusing on patient care and clinic operations.
- Engage with patients and families to provide comprehensive dialysis information and education.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
