Supply Chain Manager

About the Role: We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can make sure everything flows smoothly-from sourcing materials to delivering the final product. If you enjoy problem-solving, negotiating with suppliers, and making operations more efficient, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do:

• Manage the entire supply chain process, from purchasing to distribution.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to get the best deals and ensure timely deliveries.
• Keep inventory levels just right-no shortages, no waste.
• Work closely with logistics teams to ensure products more efficiently.
• Find ways to cut costs while maintaining quality.
• Analyze data and trends to improve decision-making.
• Make sure we're following all industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with different departments like sales, finance, and operations to align supply chain goals.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience using ERP systems and supply chain software like SAP, JD Edwards.
• Great communication and leadership abilities.
• A deep understanding of industry trends and compliance requirements.
