Director of Facilities

We are seeking a talented Director of Facilities for two select-service hotels located in Garfield County, CO. These hotels offer inviting amenities including large spacious rooms, indoor pool, and a restaurant with lunch and dinner menus and are part of a large, nationwide management company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to join a team of successful hospitality professionals and who is looking for an opportunity that could provide career growth.

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000/yr, health benefits, 401K, PTO, and more!

Requirements:

• 5+ years of facilities or maintenance management experience
• Expertise in HVAC and plumbing
• Strength in preventative maintenance
• Hands on management style
