- On-call duties include 2-3 weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Weekend on-call duties consist of two 12-hour shifts (Saturday/Sunday) either from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Provide support and assistance during surgical procedures.
- Ensure that the operating room is prepared and maintained for surgeries.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficient procedure flow.
- Handle surgical instruments and equipment with precision and care.
- Maintain a sterile environment to prevent infections.
- Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to dynamic situations in the operating room.
