The Role
As a Technical Consultant at Tradebeyond, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to our clients, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of our software products. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, customize solutions, and provide ongoing technical support. The Role
As a Technical Consultant at Tradebeyond, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions to our clients, ensuring successful implementation and optimization of our software products. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, customize solutions, and provide ongoing technical support. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, providing technical solutions that align with their objectives.
- Lead and execute the implementation, customization, and integration of Tradebeyond's software solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during the deployment and post-implementation phases.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, best practices, and training materials.
- Configure and customize software applications to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and software developers, to deliver successful client outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Tradebeyond product enhancements to ensure clients receive the most innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting role, ideally within the supply chain, retail, or fashion industries.
- Proven experience with ERP systems, supply chain management, or similar enterprise software solutions.
- Strong technical skills in software customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with SQL, XML, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, APIs, and web technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is highly desirable.
