As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell SETS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations at our Nebraska City, Nebraska location. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of production plans, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your strong leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing team will be key in achieving operational excellence and delivering on customer commitments. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Nebraska City, Nebraska location. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our production operations, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Please note: This is an on-site position in Nebraska City, Nebraska - some relocation support is available.

Monday-Friday (Saturdays, as needed)

4:00 AM to 4:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards
Lead and develop a high-performing production team, providing coaching and guidance to drive employee engagement and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
Monitor and analyze production metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production team
Drive operational excellence initiatives, such as lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, to improve efficiency and reduce waste

YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience in production supervision or a related role
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and develop a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Bilingual in Spanish a strong plus
Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the energy or thermal solutions industry
Six Sigma certification
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
