Additionally, this leader will play a crucial role in driving financial performance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Oversee daily operations, labor, scheduling, inventory, guest service, and marketing strategies. Co-own business plan with Executive Chef
- Manage hiring, training, coaching, and implement policies, including collective bargaining agreement
- Engage guests, resolve issues, manage feedback, and collaborate with the kitchen team
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Two years experience in Food & Beverage in a supervisory position in a fine dining, high-end restaurant
- Proven expertise in luxury service standards, such as Forbes or similar caliber training
- Understanding of collective bargaining agreement
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
