About this job:
- Proactively identifies opportunities to further employee development and customize trainings as needed, working with managers across departments to design and develop training materials, including online modules; provides support and guidance in the creation of course content.
- Identifies process gaps and troubleshoots opportunities to create efficiency structures, processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer and employee experience
- Work cross-functionally within and throughout the organization to develop partnerships/identify opportunities for collaboration to proactively increase organizational effectiveness and execution of training opportunities for employees; builds and establishes credible and authentic relationships with District employees.
- Supports and serves as a department content expert, trainer and facilitator utilizing adult learning best practices; coaches and develops all team members; serves as a thought-partner and creative-partner with members of the team
- Conducts needs analysis and revises and develops content based on data
- Creates historical record of impact on achievement, using both data and anecdotal evidence
- Tracks and reports on budget; works with District Foundation to secure resources as needed
- Corrects errors within modules, as needed

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred but not required
- Five plus (5+) years of professional, demonstrated track record of delivering training, professional development, public speaking and facilitation of meetings and trainings
- Demonstrated experience managing organizational change, change management and change theory
- Profiency with Google Workspace
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effectively handles multiple demands and competing deadlines
- The ability to take responsibility for one's own performance
- Works collaboratively with others on a team
- Aptitude for variety and changing expectations and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of and experience with Learning Management Systems software strongly desired
- Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
