Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Power BI Engineer to join our Data Team. In this role, you will transform complex data into intuitive Power BI dashboards that inform and guide executive decision-making. Your ability to blend technical expertise with user-focused design will be critical in identifying and communicating key insights. You have a deep understanding of Power BI's capabilities, both in front-end visualization and back-end architecture, enabling you to deliver insightful, user-friendly dashboards.

Required Background:
- Advanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling.
- Proven ability to design user-centric, interactive dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy in task execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in UX design.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
