Minimum Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a primary care setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) system, Epic.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, ideal but not required.
  • Participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, providing evidence-based treatment options.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare team members.
