Job Summary

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support cloud deployments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and system reliability monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Software Development teams, Product Managers, and Business Owners to ensure smooth system deployment and operations.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline configurations to orchestrate provisioning and deployment of both large- and small-scale systems.
  • Automate tools for monitoring system health and reliability to support business process requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
  • Communicate status updates and risks to product teams.
  • Help automate and streamline operational processes.
  • Build and maintain deployment, monitoring, and operational tools.


Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of DevOps experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong background in AWS (experience with other cloud providers is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Experience working with automation tools such as Terraform, Puppet, CHEF, or Ansible.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and microservices.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, TravisCI, CircleCI, or AppVeyor.
  • Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Security-focused mindset with an emphasis on risk mitigation through technology.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services (a plus, but not required).
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Golang.
  • Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
