As a Senior Management Team (SMT) Liaison in the Central Business Team of the Office of the CIO, you will demonstrate a combination of program management, operational efficiency, and relationship management expertise to support the objectives of the STS Senior Management Team.

The Liaison is responsible for facilitating and coordinating with the Office of the CIO (OCIO), finance and other corporate teams as needed. They have many responsibilities across financials, workforce planning, meeting facilitation, communications, and OKR management. The Liaison role will forge relationships through strong communication, earn trust through discretion and accountability, and proactively maintain engagement with business partners to drive collaboration. Duties of the liaison will include:
  • Development and facilitation of reporting and messaging to colleagues at all levels
  • Facilitation of creation and management of objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Continuous understanding and involvement in workforce management needs and facilitation
  • Planning, facilitation and execution of Senior Management Team meetings
  • Creation of SMT organization's customized presentations


What you have

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 8 + years of combined experience in business or technology


Required qualifications:
  • Project management experience with the ability to influence and identify areas of challenge
  • Experience managing budgets over $10M
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills to support executive level presentations.
  • Excellent Excel skills to support financial analysis and projections.
  • Ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity.
  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with business, technical staff, and management.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally.
  • Sound business and technical acumen.
  • Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure.
