Job Description:

- Join a beautiful brand-new facility with an immediate start.
- Work in an acute inpatient setting.
- Treat adults through geriatric patients, with services for adolescents starting in April.
- Handle mental health and behavioral disorders, including substance abuse and addictions.
- Staffing ratios vary depending on acuity, typically 1:20.
- Utilize Epic for documentation, with paper charting used for restraints.
- Medication system includes Omnicell, with an onsite pharmacy open 24/7.
- Participate in a 3-5 day orientation, including Handles With Care de-escalation training at no charge.
- Wear gray scrubs.
- Facility located in the Scranton Wilkes Barre Metro area, near a ski resort, and within 40 miles of the NY/NJ border.
