About the Role: Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking a dedicated, passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Manager. A successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while establishing a quality culture.

How will you make a difference as a Quality Manager at Fragomen?
  • Devise and establish the office's quality procedures, standards, and specifications in conjunction with operating staff
  • Assist in maintaining documentation records and procedures related to quality processes
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues
  • Engage with clients to conduct quality assessments including risks and needs
  • Identify ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing quality metrics and performance for internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training programs related to quality processes
  • Provide guidance and support to legal teams on quality-related matters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements
  • Establish change management protocols
  • Assess and report out on efficacy of changes made


Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, manufacturing or another relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in quality management or related roles in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge or quality management systems and standards, including ISO standards, the six pillars of Business Process Management, DTPs and the Operation Excellence Framework
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Trained
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing up, down and across the organization
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with root-cause analyses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience leading an organization or department through a quality journey
  • Passion for quality improvement and creating a quality culture
