Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Highway Design to lead and oversee highway and municipal design projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage highway design projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and municipal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in highway and municipal design.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage project teams and provide guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in highway and municipal design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong understanding of highway design principles and municipal engineering.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
