Manager, Clinical Services - NP/PA (Remote)

As the Manager of Clinical Oversight at Fusion Health, your primary role will be providing quality oversight for our nurse practitioners, physician's assistants, and physicians performing health risk assessments. You will be an expert in the utilization of our proprietary application as well as analyze and drive high quality documentation through leadership, mentorship, and engagement of our clinician network.

Essential Duties:

• Day to Day oversight of quality standards for our clinician network (NPs, PAs, MDs, DOs) in remote setting
• Daily troubleshooting of clinician network issues escalated from Support Team
• Lead onboarding of new clinicians in network
• Monitor and analyze clinician network performance, providing support to improve designated metrics
• Engage our clinician network through knowledge, support, and leadership to improve quality of care provided as well as overall job satisfaction and morale
• Communicate identified education gaps and provide feedback to Education Department on educational and training materials for improved outcomes
• Complete reports, projects, and or tasks as requested by the Director of Clinical Oversight or other clinical team leadership
• Participate in Teams meetings with clinical and operational teams as needed

Skills, Abilities and Experience:

• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to flourish in rapidly changing start-up environment
• Willingness to promote corporate vision and values in all interactions
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products including Excel and PowerPoint
• Two years plus years' experience coaching, mentoring, or managing a clinical team
• Two plus years of risk adjustment, health risk assessments or value-based care experience
• State license as NP/PA required; ability to obtain licensure in additional states upon request
• Ability to obtain credentialing within one month of hire

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Advanced degree (NP/PA) required

Travel:

• Travel up to 25%, may include overnights and weekends

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift to twenty pounds at times
• Ability to bend, stoop
• Ability to travel domestically as needed
