Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, and other infrastructure.
- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all engineering projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor project progress and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to clients and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and materials.
- Experience with structural and land development projects is a plus.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
