We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commodity Trader to join our executive leadership team. The Manager Sales will be responsible for driving the company's sales strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering significant revenue growth. This is a hands on role, requiring that you bring a book of business and manage a group of traders while trading yourself. Consider it a Player-Coach role. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment of sales objectives with broader business goals. There is an equity play for the person who can prove their ability to lead the company in continued success.
