Cullen and Dykman LLP is a full-service law firm that has been serving clients since 1850. We are seeking multiple construction litigation associates for its growing construction litigation group. The positions are based in our Manhattan office but there is a flexible remote rotation permitted. There are incentives for bringing in work to any practice area of the firm, as well as strong work ethic and bringing new attorneys/paralegals to the firm. New York and New Jersey positions available.
We are looking for both junior and senior associates with diverse experiential backgrounds in construction/NYS Labor Law defense and construction defect/property damage practice areas. Must have depositions and court experience. Any insurance coverage/risk experience will also be considered.
Educational/Experience Requirements
- JD degree required with excellent academic credentials.
- New York Bar admission required. New Jersey Bar, a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients.
- Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.

We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $85,000-$150,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidates qualifications and relevant experience.
