Nous tablissons rgulirement des comparaisons aux donnes de rfrence du march tablies pour divers postes, secteurs, cibles et niveaux. Notre approche est fonde sur l'importance de reconnatre les forces et les contributions uniques de chaque personne et de rcompenser celle-ci pour la valeur qu'elle apporte.
La rmunration totale offerte par Deloitte s'tend bien au-del des programmes traditionnels de rmunration et d'avantages sociaux et est conue pour reconnatre les contributions des employs, favoriser le mieux-tre personnel et soutenir la croissance du Cabinet. En plus d'un salaire de base concurrentiel et de possibilits de rmunration variable, nous offrons un large ventail d'initiatives qui nous distinguent en tant qu'organisation axe sur les gens.
