Title and Summary

Manager, Business Analysis F/T

Overview
Implement and support activities related to the Hyperion Program at Mastercard.

Role
Perform business as usual processing and set up of budgeting and forecasting, profitability analytics system and management reporting systems.
Process month end data loads for management reporting, manage user set ups, monitor system environment for optimal performance.
Perform system changes and set up required to commence allocations, budget and forecast cycle.
Manage Hyperion Planning and related tools, ensuring data integrity exists for internal and external reporting.
24-hour (on-call) availability will be required during critical periods.
Play a leadership role in the development and implementation of solutions by leveraging existing Oracle systems.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key business users and exhibit a solid understanding of basic business concepts and practices.
Play a key role in designing and testing assigned applications both as stand-alone and as integrated modules and responsible for the applications as a central point-of-contact.
Supervise a team of 2 employees including - Senior Systems Analysts (2).
Domestic and International Travel is required 10% of the time. Travel may be required to conduct meetings with vendors and international team members

About You
Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Engineering, Business Administration, or related and six (6) years of experience in job offered or as a Project Leader, System Test Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, or related.
Qualifying experience must include six (6) years of experience with each of the following: Hyperion Planning; Hyperion Essbase; Business Rules; Financial Reporting; ODI; FDM; Smartview; General Hyperion administration. Rate of pay: $152,890 to $215,000 / year.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
