- Full-time, employed position
- Opportunity available due to retirement and assume a well-established patient panel as well as room for growth
- Growing 9 hospital physician-led healthcare system
- Established practice with 2 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers
- Outpatient clinical responsibilities only
- Monday - Friday work schedule
- On-site point of care lab testing
- Call minimal due to Automated Nurse Advice Line
- On-site point of care lab testing
- Cancer Care and Cardiology Specialist support
- NP/PA support
- System-wide EHR - EPIC
