Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating the Chromatography portfolio marketing strategy, new product introduction (NPI) marketing strategy and downstream activities such as content creation, and marketing deliverables execution across all marketing channels, including the website.
- Work in collaboration with product management/business units to support the evolution of launching and selling products value selling and customer workflow approach into the applied markets of environmental, industrial, academic, and government.
- Partner with product managers and marketing segment managers to design strategies and tactics to achieve solutions launches and sales objectives.
- Help to evolve Chromatography Portfolio offerings by aligning consumables business solutions with customer insights research and end market and target customer needs, by developing effective messaging and building the content architecture in conjunction with market segment needs.
- Collaborate with regional marketing, services, consumables, and aftermarket teams to produce effective content to assist with upsell/cross-sell strategies.
- Influence and support lead & demand generation, while impacting product visibility to prospects and reputation with customers
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry or related analytical scientific fields or 5 years of experience working in biotechnology, organic or inorganic chemistry, or marketing/communications.
- Experience specified must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: market planning, product management, or project management; prioritizing multiple projects, programs and objectives; translating quantitative data into actionable recommendations; conducting market, competitor and customer research to gather insights and assessing market opportunities; and using Biotech and analytical instruments in relation to analytical science markets.
- Requires less than 20% travel.
