Senior Global Clinical Applications Leader, Radiography & Fluoroscopy (R&F)

The Senior Global Clinical Applications Leader is an integral member of the global R&F product team, ensuring successful product quality, clinical workflows, user validation, global applications training for our IB and New Product Introduction (NPI) and marketing support activities. As the Senior Global Clinical Applications Leader, you will translate the Voice of Customer (VOC) from clinical users into key clinical and workflow features and user stories for the engineering teams. Help the commercial and marketing teams highlight the clinical capabilities of GE R&F products and applications vs. competition with clinical testimonials, image gallery, and unique clinical scenarios.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Serve as clinical lead for new & existing NPI programs. Understand engineering design decisions and provide user/clinical guidance to ensure optimal design decisions are made to maximize customer benefit during the program - workflow, IQ, etc.
  • Serve as part of NPI program core team and produce required program documents.
  • Maintain strong connection with our teams developing new applications and features to improve user workflows to fully understand their roadmap and interconnections to ensure an optimized user experience.
  • Support marketing in translating clinical needs into product features and mapping features to clinical benefits. Host global meetings with region clinical apps team to ensure a constant feedback loop on released features, customer feedback and improvement opportunities. Act as clinical champion to regions to explain system/feature design rationale and potential benefits.
  • Support marketing in creating accurate and credible content material like social media posts, product brochures, whitepapers and case studies.
  • Contribute to the creation of educational webinars, videos and tutorials about products and services.
  • Support in collecting and analyzing feedback from clinicians and patients, providing valuable insights into user experience, satisfaction, and areas of improvement.
  • Provide competitive insights based on knowledge of clinical trends and competitor products, helping the marketing and product teams to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Test and validate product to ensure we are releasing high quality products.
  • Develop clinical agreements, work goals and feedback mechanisms for usability-based clinical evaluation.
  • Work with upstream marketing to select high quality sites for clinical evaluations.
  • Provide support and training to clinical evaluation sites and acquire feedback from the site to improve the product.
  • Support clinical evaluation sites even after product launch for continued customer feedback and relationships. Actively participate, own, and help to resolve CSO's and IFR90 issues that are related to customer clinical practice or usage of the system - offer mitigation and workarounds wherever possible. Own input to engineering/program team on prioritization of SPRs to fix in each program. Influence on SPR fix timing and prioritization for most important CSO and customer complaints. Become an internal advocate for customers.
  • Develop training material for Field Application and Clinical Sales Specialists for supported NPIs. Participate/lead in the training of the specialists.
  • Provide support to downstream marketing for sales tools, collaterals, produce images for shows and presentations, and provide support at product shows.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a clinical technologist in X-ray, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and imaging quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate customer needs into actionable insights.
  • Ability to advocate for customers by translating their feedback into key product features and improvements.
  • Experience in supporting marketing efforts and developing training materials for global applications.
  • Proven track record of resolving customer issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Skilled in creating engaging content for social media, product brochures, and educational materials.
