Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un/une gestionnaire de projet d'quipements achets par les Clients [Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE)] pour rejoindre notre quipe base Mirabel (Qubec, Canada), o vous travaillerez dans l'univers de la cabine en collaboration avec les Clients.
Vous ferez partie d'une quipe charge de coordonner les quipes multifonctionnelles d'Airbus Canada, les Clients et les Fournisseurs afin de scuriser la livraison a temps et en qualit des quipements BFE slectionns par les Clients et installer dans la cabine.
L'organisation de l'quipe est tablie de manire promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manire autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Buyer Furnished Equipment Manager (f/m) to join our team based in Mirabel (Qubec, Canada), where you will be working in the Cabin environment in close relations with Customers.
You will be part of the BFE Management team responsible for coordinating the Airbus Canada Cabin team, the Customers and the BFE Suppliers to secure the on-time and on-quality deliveries of the BFE equipment selected by the Customers
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Votre rle en tant que Gestionnaire BFE sera de:
- d'tre le point de contact principal pour tous les sujets BFE d'un Client donn. De prenniser la relation avec le Client jusqu' la livraison de son dernier avion.
- scuriser les phases de dveloppement et de certification des nouveaux produits BFE en collaboration avec les quipes multi mtiers pour qu'ils soient livrs a temps et en qualit aux lignes d'assemblages A220 (Mobile and Mirabel)
- d'etre en relation troite avec les fournisseurs d'quipements cabine pour identifier et mitiger les risques afin d'anticiper d'ventuels retards de dveloppement.

Vos dfis:
- Etre le point d'entre du Client au sein de l'organisation d'approvisionnement d'Airbus et reprsenter cette organisation au sein de l'quipe multifonctionnelle (FCO Core Team).
- Coordonner l'analyse de risque lie l'offre de nouveaux quipements BFE et communiquer les risques associs une demande spcifique du Client .
- Prsenter le processus de gestion BFE d'Airbus aux Clients, et assurer leur comprhension et leur responsabilit en tant que titulaires des contrats BFE.
- Scuriser la slection des Fournisseurs/produits avec la compagnie arienne pour tous les quipements BFE.
- Grer et scuriser le dveloppement dans les dlais et en qualit des quipements BFE de la cabine slectionns par le Client.
- Diriger le processus de gestion des quipements BFE du dbut la fin, dans le cadre du processus global FCO (Fulfil Customer Orders) jusqu' la livraison des avions.
- Identifier et valuer tout risque ayant un impact potentiel sur le dveloppement et, le cas chant, mettre en place les mesures de mitigation associes. Faire le suivi de la mise en place de ces actions par les parties prenantes.
- Faire remonter si ncessaire tout problme critique en interne et en externe jusqu' la haute direction (Airbus Program & Procurement, Fournisseurs et Clients) et contribuer au dossier de rclamation aux Fournisseurs en troite collaboration avec l'quipe d'approvisionnement (acheteur).
- Assurer les communications et les mises jour des listes BFE aux Clients afin de scuriser l'envoi des bons de commande des Clients conformment la planification industrielle des avions jusqu'au dernier avion de la flotte.
- Grer, si ncessaire, le retour/l'limination des stocks excdentaires de BFE avec les compagnies ariennes/les socits de leasing aprs la livraison de l'avion ou suite la rallocation de l'avion
Votre profil:
- Vous avez un minimum de 5 annes d'exprience dans le domaine aronautique
- Comptence en anglais et franais: niveau avanc
- Vous aimez le travail en quipe, collaborer et coordonner les diffrentes parties prenantes (y compris Fournisseurs et Clients) pour achever un projet dans les temps et en qualit.
- Vous avez une ou plusieurs experiences en gestion de projet
- Vous avez des comptences en communication
- Vous savez vous adapter aux changements, avez une approche d'amlioration continue qui vous permet d'tre l'aise dans un environnement en volution constante.
- Vous tenez vos engagements et savez grer les attentes des Clients
- Vous matrisez Gsuite et SAP. Savoir dvelopper des macros serait un atout supplmentaire.

- Be the focal point for any BFE related activities for a given Customer. Create a trustful relationship with the Customers to support BFE activities until the delivery of the last aircraft of the fleet.
- Secure the development phase and the certification of the BFE equipment together with the multifunctional team to be able to deliver them on time and on quality to the assembly lines (Mobile and Mirabel)
- Be in close contact with cabin suppliers to be able to identify and mitigate risks to anticipate any development delay.

Your challenges:
- The BFE Manager acts as the voice of the Customer within Airbus Procurement Organization.and represents the Procurement organization within the Program FCO Core Team.
- For specific Customer's request, trigger the Airbus offerability review (i.e. BFE Offerability Risk Assessment) to confirm offerability status and communicate the associated risks to Customers.
- Present Airbus BFE Management process to Customers, and ensure their understanding and responsibility as BFE contract holders.
- Secure vendors/product selection with the airline for all BFE equipments for the Head of Version and following aircraft
- Manage and secure the on-time and on-quality development of Cabin BFE equipment selected by the Customer
- Lead the End-to-End HoV management process for BFE, within the global FCO process (Fulfil Customer Orders) until BFE equipment delivery to FAL (On-Dock dates),
- Identify and assess any risk potentially impacting the development and if any, setting up the associated mitigation actions and monitoring them in liaison with the different stakeholders.
- Escalate when necessary any critical issue internally and externally up to senior Management (Airbus Program & Procurement, Suppliers and Customers). Support the claim process in close cooperation with the Procurement team (Buyer).
- Ensure the on-time and on-quality releases and updates of the BFE lists to the Customers to secure Customer POs in line with aircraft industrial planning until the delivery of the last aircraft of the fleet.
- Manage, when needed, the return/disposal of BFE stock surplus with Airlines / Leasing companies after aircraft delivery or following aircraft re allocation
Your boarding pass:
- You have a minimum of 5 years experience in the aerospace industry.
- Language skills: Advanced of French and English
- You have excellent skills in teamwork, collaboration and you are used to manage stakeholders as well as Suppliers and Customers to secure an on-time and on-quality project completion
- Proficiency in project management mandatory for the job
- Communication skills
- You quickly adapt to change and you have a continuous improvement mindset that makes you comfortable in a changing environment.
- You fulfill your commitment and you are able to manage Customer expectations
- Proficiency in Gsuite, SAP. If you have experience in coding it would be a plus.
