The Opportunity: We are looking for someone to assist in the execution of the export strategic plan, programs and activities by identifying customers and markets for Wisconsin dairy products. This role focuses on developing retail and foodservice programs, establishing relationships with key decision-makers, and managing programs in export markets. It also involves coordinating stakeholders to enhance distribution, volume, and promotion of Wisconsin cheese internationally. In addition, the role supports the sustainability team in crafting and executing sustainability messaging tailored to international market needs. Our Requirements: Qualified candidates must have at least fifteen years of proven retail/grocery experience and at least ten of those in a management role. Experience with sustainability practices within the dairy industry is a must. A demonstrated ability to develop and implement program strategies as well as cultivate strong relationships built on integrity and follow through. This position requires professional, well-developed communication skills to effectively communicate confidently in front of groups. Analytical, organizational and computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is absolutely necessary. A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
Location/Compensation/Benefits: This position will be located in a home office. We will consider candidates in major cities within Texas, Virginia, Pennsylvania or Wisconsin. Must be willing to travel extensively, 60%+ of time both nationally and internationally. Compensation consists of a competitive salary and benefits package that includes a company-funded 401(k) retirement plan. EEO/AA
