Is very effective at "working the system" to get good support from Informatica, whether via opening tickets or leveraging channels into Informatica

Are a Senior Technical Lead

Has very advanced solutioning skills
Able to provide guidance to the team on the ground
Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Oversee the development and deployment of Informatica MDM solutions to meet business requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data management needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure that MDM solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of MDM systems to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation for MDM processes, procedures, and configurations.
Monitor the performance of MDM systems and make recommendations for enhancements.
Work closely with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data policies and standards.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use MDM systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in MDM and Informatica MDM.
Participate in project planning and provide estimates for MDM-related tasks.
