We are in search of a Sales Desk Manager to help direct our operations at our construction and contractor business based in Dallas, Texas. The role involves managing the daily sales and operations of our team, providing guidance and mentorship to our internal and external wholesalers, and implementing and using the SalesForce CRM system.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day sales and operations of our home office based sales team.
Provide coaching, leadership, and mentorship to our team of internal and external wholesalers.
Develop, implement, and strive to reach or exceed identified sales goals.
Create specific goals and measurements for the sales team.
Understand and implement the SalesForce CRM system to track sales and operations.
Ensure compliance oversight and principal review are up-to-date and accurate.
Assist with recruiting needs and demands as necessary.
Utilize various accounting software systems and tools, including ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, and Concur.
Oversee and manage various accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Conduct regular auditing and billing functions to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
Requirements
Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Knowledgeable in BlackLine software
Ability to use Concur effectively
Proficient in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to perform Auditing tasks
Familiarity with Billing Functions
