Role name: Business Analyst Role Description: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support business decisions. Work with the Account object in Salesforce to manage and analyze customer data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor business performance. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations. Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance business operations. Competencies: Digital : Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce
