As an HR Business Partner, you will provide day-to-day consultation on people management practices maximizing employee productivity, potential, and retention while ensuring management of organizational risk. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and business knowledge to effectively influence at all levels around HR related practices and employment laws.

What Will You Do?
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide day-to-day consultation on people management practices maximizing employee productivity, potential, and retention while ensuring management of organizational risk. You will develop and maintain strong relationships and business knowledge to effectively influence at all levels around HR related practices and employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides consultation on the implementation of company policies and procedures as well as effective performance management practices, leave of absence administration, pay and benefits, teamwork, work environment, employee development, and leadership.
- Advises on and oversees administration of employment law mandates to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Assists business partners with job descriptions and preparation for pay grade evaluation.
- Conducts timely and compliant investigations and assists in the resolution of employee complaints and employment issues.
- Communicates effectively with others, verbally and in writing. Ensures proper documentation is maintained.
- Facilitates training courses, such as leadership development and performance management.
- Participates in special projects and HR Department initiatives; prepares and maintains reports; and maintains various online documentation regarding HR policies, practices, processes, and tools.
Qualifications Required:
- Four-year degree in Human Resources related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of two years' work experience in Human Resources or related experience demonstrating strong technical knowledge of the HR profession with proven ability to successfully navigate in a business environment.
- Strong computer knowledge and excellent Microsoft Office Skills including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong administration and/or time management skills, including the ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm during stressful situations.
- An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel info.
