The role can be based in either Philadelphia, PA or Whitehouse Station, NJ, and reports to the North America Corporate Actuary.

The role can be based in either Philadelphia, PA or Whitehouse Station, NJ, and reports to the North America Corporate Actuary.
Duties and responsibilities related to this position:
- Lead quarterly GAAP and statutory results explanation, working with senior actuarial and financial staff.
- Complete loss and ALAE reserves reviews and communicate the results to actuarial and divisional business management.
- Responsible for booking of results and review of/commentary on interim A vs E results.
- Assist with various other financial reporting and/or reconciliation items, including year-end statutory close and audit support.
- Other projects as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- FCAS or seasoned ACAS.
- 8+ years of property & casualty actuarial experience.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills are required, along with the ability to prioritize multiple competing deliverables and manage time effectively to meet scheduled due dates.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- SQL familiarity a plus.
