Overview
The HRX Development Manager will lead the foundational efforts for building and supporting the HRX team while managing ongoing HR responsibilities. This role will also oversee the Administrative Assistant and ensure that both HR and administrative functions are running smoothly. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring alignment with overall Group policies.

This role will also oversee the Administrative Assistant and ensure that both HR and administrative functions are running smoothly. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring alignment with overall Group policies.
Responsibilities
- HR Foundation and Team Support: Lead recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee development to support the growth of the HRX team. Establish HR policies and procedures that align with overall Group standards.
- Ongoing HR Management: Oversee day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries within the HRX team.
- Talent Management: Support recruitment and staffing needs, manage performance reviews, and facilitate employee development opportunities.
- Integration with Group Policies: Ensure that HRX's HR practices are in line with overall Group HR systems and policies. Collaborate with the Group's HR department to maintain compliance and alignment.
- Oversight of Administrative Assistant: Supervise the Administrative Assistant to ensure efficient handling of administrative duties and support for the HRX team and leadership.
- Equipment and System Setup: Coordinate with IT and operations teams to ensure all necessary equipment, systems, and software are in place to support the HRX team.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and are aligned with Group governance standards.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required.
Experience:
- Proven experience in digital marketing development, strategy, and execution.
- Experience managing digital marketing projects and campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
