Key Responsibilities:
This position serves as the administrator for an ArcGIS SaaS instance, supporting a diverse set of users. Key skills include Tableau administration and development. The role also involves managing user permissions to ensure data security externally and within user groups.

Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Experience in ArcGIS Administration or development (both preferred). 5 Preferred Expertise in data management and database concepts. 5 Preferred Experience with data manipulation and cleaning techniques. 5 Preferred bility to troubleshoot technical issues related to ArcGIS Online or On-premise. 4 Preferred Proficiency in user administration and permissions management. 3 Preferred Hands-on experience as an ArcGIS Online or On-premise administrator. 2 Preferred Developing GIS visualizations and analytics. 1 Preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business users.
***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen's client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
