Description

Silver Air Private Jets is seeking a highly capable and strategic Executive Assistant to serve as a critical right hand to the CEO. This role is designed for a digitally fluent, business-minded professional who excels in high-stakes executive coordination, stakeholder engagement, and brand amplification.

As a pivotal member of our leadership support team, you will go far beyond traditional administrative duties-you will be instrumental in optimizing executive workflow, strengthening industry relationships, coordinating high-impact events, and managing the CEO's professional presence in the aviation industry.

This position is perfect for a proactive, tech-savvy professional who can confidently represent the CEO, engage with executives, high-net-worth clients, and industry leaders, and execute key business initiatives with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day business execution.
  • Manage a fast-paced executive calendar, coordinating high-level meetings, internal strategy sessions, and external engagements with stakeholders.
  • Work directly with the CEO, President, and Chief People Officer to schedule and execute leadership initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and executive briefings to provide insights that inform decision-making.
  • Handle high-priority communications, ensuring professional and timely responses to partners, clients, and executives.
  • Oversee and manage the CEO's LinkedIn presence, developing content that enhances thought leadership and brand visibility.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives that position Silver Air and the CEO as industry leaders in private aviation.
  • Take a lead role in the CEO's podcast syndication, identifying and securing high-profile guests, coordinating production logistics, and managing vendor partnerships in Los Angeles.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects, industry leaders, and clients to secure networking opportunities and media engagements.
  • Plan and execute domestic industry events and client engagement experiences that strengthen Silver Air's retail charter presence in Part 135 operations.
  • Manage exclusive networking and hospitality experiences for high-net-worth clients and executives.
  • Organize CEO travel, itinerary management, and logistics for business development trips and events.
  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organized and professional workspace.
  • Manage office budgets, vendor relationships, and operational logistics.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, leadership retreats, and cross-functional initiatives that enhance team efficiency.

Education/Experience:

  • A blend of 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant experience

Functional & Technical Competencies:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
  • Tech-savvy and confident to streamline tasks and improve productivity
  • Knowledge of travel and expense management platforms preferred
