As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading improvement and sustainment projects and programs that align with our mission of ensuring data centers have the necessary spare parts available whenever they need them. This role, along with other peer roles on the team, plays a critical part in ensuring our data centers run efficiently and seamlessly worldwide.
The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in one of the following: infrastructure operations, supply chain/operations, data center operations, or manufacturing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with SAP, SQL, dashboard creation, and advanced data analytics/statistical analysis.

Responsibilities
- Lead efforts during emergency recovery events to help operations identify, find, and receive spare parts for repairs. Coordinate/lead project work between field and central operations, manufacturers, engineering, and administrative vendor groups to identify and create Google part numbers for unique critical spare parts.
- Balance project data and analytics and stakeholder input and use "levers" to improve project performance against expectations and milestones.
- Establish strong and aligned linkages to our supply chain partner teams in planning, procurement, global commodity management and logistics to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Develop regional stocking strategy for new components and influence support from supply chain partners.Improve and sustain projects. Learn and understand spares program systems and processes.
- Work closely with site leaders, site teams, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, make improvement recommendations, orchestrate change, and establish relationships.
