Sr. Designer, Apparel - Almost Famous Clothing

General Summary: This position is responsible for developing a product line representative of the brand.

Major Responsibilities:

• Study markets, shop retail, and interact with consumer to establish trends.
• Available for travel as needed
• Presentations of the line
• Managing multiple accounts
• Strategically work with the sales team to create line plans
• Work cross functionally with Production, Product Development, Sales
• Source and choose materials (leather, fabric, ornamentation) for samples.
• Present sample as envisioned.
• Attend tradeshows.
• Special projects as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:

• College degree in the arts preferred.
• 6+ years' experience in fashion related industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAD preferred.
• Knowledge of target market

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000-$110,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
