Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Division Director to lead and oversee a $10M+ division specializing in commercial facility maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal. This leadership role requires a strategic and driven individual to manage day-to-day operations, enhance structural efficiencies, and ensure alignment with overall company goals. The Division Director will be responsible for the administrative oversight of the entire team and must demonstrate strong business acumen, effective people management, and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Leadership: Supervise the division from an overarching administrative standpoint, ensuring all teams operate efficiently.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the daily details of operations, guaranteeing seamless service delivery across the division.
  • Budget Creation and Management: Develop and maintain budgets that align with strategic objectives and support sustainable growth.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the sales team to ensure strategic plans are put into action and revenue targets are met.
  • Accountability Enforcement: Foster a culture of accountability by monitoring team performance and maintaining high standards across all levels.
  • Structure and Efficiency Building: Implement structural improvements to enhance processes and drive the division's performance.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated business acumen with a strong track record of managing divisions or large operational teams.
  • People management experience, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
  • Proven success in handling the operations of divisions with revenues of $10M+, particularly in scaling processes and improving organizational frameworks.
  • Industry experience in facility services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities exceeding the scope of a branch manager (BM) and contribute to broader strategic initiatives.
  • Experience creating and managing budgets effectively.
  • Background in working with or transitioning from larger company operations is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in facility services, landscape management, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to create better structural and operational efficiencies within a division.
