Job Description

Summary:
The Assistant Manager Clinical Services is responsible for coordinating the delivery of services in the Home Care setting. In collaboration with the Clinical Service Manager/ Branch Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that nursing (traditional, IV, Ped and Maternal) and/or therapy services are provided to the ultimate satisfaction of patients, meeting the expectations of referral sources and other external customers. The Assistant Manager also ensures that the continuum of care is maintained as each patient moves through the system. In the absence of the manager, the Assistant Manager assumes the day to day branch/team operations.

Education And Credentials

Responsibilities:
Associate of Applied Science of Nursing required or Bachelor of Science in Physical or Occupational Therapy required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Masters of Science in Physical or Occupational Therapy preferred. Licensure corresponding with degree (Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist) required. NYS drivers license required upon hire.
