Overview:
We're seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead our IT department and ensure the
health, performance, and security of our infrastructure and systems. This role is responsible for
managing a hybrid environment of on-premise and cloud servers, supporting both Microsoft 365
and Google Workspace tenants, leading a team of help desk personnel, assisting with new
system implementations, and managing IT vendor relationships.
This position also requires a solid understanding of enterprise networking, including Aruba
switches, fiber connectivity, and overall network design and maintenance. The IT Manager will
report directly to the CTO and play a key role in supporting company-wide technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and systems management.
- Administer and support a mix of on-premise (Windows/Linux) and AWS-hosted servers.
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants, user provisioning, and access
controls.
- Lead the IT help desk team, ensuring responsive and high-quality support for all
employees.
- Work alongside the help desk team in resolving tickets.
- Implement and maintain IT security best practices, including endpoint protection,
patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot local and wide-area networks, including Aruba switch
configurations and fiber optic connectivity.
- Monitor network performance, address latency and bottlenecks, and ensure high
availability.
- Assist with implementation and integrations of business systems.
- Maintain documentation for systems, networks, procedures, and IT assets.
- Support IT budgeting, vendor management, and purchasing.
- Work closely with the CTO to plan and execute strategic IT projects.
- Efficiently troubleshoot problems and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage and maintain systems such as: access control, phone system, video
surveillance, performance monitoring, etc.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in AWS infrastructure and cloud computing best practices.
- Experience managing both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with:
o Enterprise networking
o Aruba switch management and configuration
o Fiber connectivity and network infrastructure
o Strong knowledge of IT security standards and best practices.
o Proven ability to manage IT support operations and personnel.

Job Responsibilities
- Check parts through company systems accurately with high attention to detail.
- Follow standard work sequences while hitting Takt Time.
- Follow all posted SIPS (Standard In Process Stock) standards.
- Maintain a high performance worksite with 5s: (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).
- Complete and sustain all operator level preventative maintenance tasks.
- Build quality into products with the voice of the customer in mind.
- Remove and verify inserts from the caps system.
- Make offsets correctly on all types of machines.
- Validate needed metrology is available, calibrated, and in good working condition before beginning work.
- Read prints with little to no help.
- Utilize Cells KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) to drive improvement for the team.
- Implement Daily Kaizens to drive improvement.
- Comply with safe work practices; understanding work injury procedures, workers comp, and safety standards.
Job Qualifications - Preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, part prints, process documentation, and work center guidelines
- Understand NESW system and be able to describe tool orientation
- Understand offsets of X, Y, and Z
- Know how to change a wide variety of inserts
- Understanding of axis and direction in regard to making offsets.
- Understand how to sequence restart
- Understand how to properly use measuring instruments
- Know how to check calibration of measuring devices
