Technical Java Lead

Job Title: Technical Lead
Client Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Core
- Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
- Provide technical expertise in Core Java and PL/SQL to optimize application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Participate in architectural discussions to ensure scalability and reliability of applications
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards
- Document technical specifications and project plans for future reference
