Job Title: Therapy/Rehabilitation Professional
Job Specialty: COTA Home Health
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required
License: Pending licenses accepted
Certifications: BCLS
Must-Have: Reliable transportation
Job Description:
- Home Health COTA position available in Spokane, WA and surrounding areas.
- The position involves 8-hour day shifts (this facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s).
- You will be responsible for visiting up to 6 patients per day with a 30 productivity points standard.
- Experience with EPIC/Oasis charting systems is required.
- Wear any color scrubs.
- Mileage will be reimbursed according to IRS standards.
- Attach a minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting.
- Expected to float between all facilities within a given state as needed.
- Orientation includes 40 hours, which is non-billable.
- Modules must be completed pre-start and annually, averaging 16 hours, with time self-reported and recorded in transcripts.
