As the Manager, CRM Engineering, you will lead and oversee initiatives in the Data Platform functional area, focusing on maintaining and enhancing key platforms such as Aegis CRM, Portfolio CRM, and SimioCloud Connect CDP. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders and Product Managers to lead the engineering team to deliver best in class CRM and CDP experiences for our clients. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project management to drive the success of our data platform engineering team.

Your impact:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manage a cross-functional team of software engineers and software delivery specialists.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment to ensure successful project outcomes.


Data Platform Oversight:
  • Lead the Data Platform team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Oversee projects related to SCC (SimioCloud Connect) and Simio data, as well as some CRM support.


Application Management:
  • Maintain and enhance Aegis CRM and Portfolio CRM applications to support daily operations and feature development.


Roadmap Development:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to define and deliver roadmap features for Aegis CRM, Portfolio CRM, and SCC tools.
  • Align product development with business needs and strategic objectives.


Innovative Solutions Development:
  • Develop and support the SimioCloud Connect Donor Lookup CDP tool and its future roadmap deliverables.
  • Implement forward-thinking approaches to improve data connectivity and accessibility.


Collaboration and Integration:
  • Partner with the Implementations team to build features that support client onboarding into Aegis CRM, Portfolio CRM, and SCC.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency and innovation.


Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in CRM applications and data platform tools.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Extensive background in software development, including hands on experience with C# .NET and SQL Server.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and status reporting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships, ensuring trust and collaboration.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with non-profit data management and unique client needs.
  • Experience with donor data tools.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, CI/CD, GitHub, and Agile development processes.
