Sr. BA/QA

Job Description/Skills:
This position requires the candidate to be onsite three days a week in either the Bothell or Bellevue office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifies functional and technical-specific business requirements, resources and processes for a complex sub-system or major system modification.
• Analyzes business processes, functions and procedures to determine the most effective business systems technology to meet the needs of the organization.
• Defines and documents detailed design requirements.
• Uses analytical tools and methods to analyze and streamline complex business processes.
• Establishes systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management personnel.
• Develops detailed selection evaluation criteria based on identified product requirements; assumes full accountability for developing business requirements for complex tasks.
• Coordinates impact to vendor and company workflow for a new product from a business perspective.
• Coordinates implementation of the system software.
• Creates acceptance test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Works with technical resources to ensure accurate translation of specifications into workable application code.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) year degree or certification in a technology-related field or equivalent combination of education, work experience, or relevant military experience, and at least five (5) years of experience in a related field.
• Experience writing test cases and test documentation
• Experience supporting UAT efforts.
• Requirements management, diagramming, use case development (UML).
• Expertise in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies.
• Expertise in the design and production of quality deliverables.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in business case development for medium to large projects.
• Has a strong understanding of information systems, business processes, the key drivers and measures of success for the relevant business.
• Expertise in process design and documentation methodologies, and design and production of quality deliverables, process and use case modeling, business case development.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written as confirmed through prior work product and samples.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay Range:$60.00 - $68.00 per hour, depending upon experience.
