South of the Finger Lakes
This hospital is a not-for-profit, 250+bed tertiary medical facility that is part of a 3 hospital system in the area.
They are looking for a Director of Women's Services to join their busy team environment and be an interactive leader and help develop relationships among nursing personnel and others within the hospital. This position will have oversight of Labor and Delivery, NICU, Pediatrics and OB.
The Director of Women's Services Coordinates activities between defined areas, and provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise. The Women's Services Director Facilitates an atmosphere of interactive management and the development of collegial relationships among nursing personnel and others. The Women's Director has major responsibility for the implementation of the vision, mission, plans, and standards of the organization and nursing services within their defined areas of responsibility. This Position reports to Chief Nursing Officer.
Requirements:
MSN
RN license in the State of NY
3+ years' experience in Acute Care leadership capacity in - L&D, Women's, NICU, Neonatal, Pediatrics, OB, Obstetrics
BLS and ACLS preferred
