Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to position our solutions effectively in the healthcare IT market. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content development, lead generation, and market analysis.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management: Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Content Development: Create compelling content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars) that resonates with healthcare decision-makers.
- Digital Marketing & Demand Generation: Oversee SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to refine marketing approaches.
- Sales Enablement: Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and sales tools to support business development and sales teams.
- Event & Webinar Management: Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and virtual events to showcase our solutions and build relationships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in Healthcare IT, SaaS, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology, industry trends, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Pardot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Proven ability to create and execute successful B2B demand generation campaigns.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience in content marketing.
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and ROI analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
