FBC Remodel has been in the residential design/build space for over 27 years and we are looking for someone to lead our marketing efforts.
The Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, oversee event and print lead generation, and nurture our current clientele base. This role involves overseeing all marketing initiatives, managing the marketing team, and collaborating with leadership to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a high-level marketing strategy focused on SEO, online presence, clientele nurturing, and lead generation.
Oversee the company's online presence, including website, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Lead our marketing team which includes our National Marketing Leader (in charge of direct digital and event marketing efforts) and our Marketing Coordinator (call handling, lead follow-up, CRM, and scheduling).
Support lead generation and sales efforts through targeted digital campaigns.
Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content for digital channels.
Create and manage the annual marketing budget, allocating resources to meet objectives.
Collaborate with local Market Leaders to develop and execute marketing projects and initiatives.
Coordinate with agency partners to assist in strategy and execution of the marketing plan.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the updating and maintenance of our website (WordPress) as needed.
Create and maintain automations for digital campaigns via CRM system (HubSpot).
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and SEO.
At least 3 years of management experience.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency with marketing and design tools (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, Canva).
Experience with CRM and lead reporting systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Excellent communication and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Results-driven, creative, and critical thinker.
Strong collaborative skills and ability to communicate across departments.
High attention to detail and process-driven.
