Job Description
Job Title: Therapist/Rehabilitation Specialist
Job Specialty: Occupational Therapist - Home Health
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period
Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required
License: Pending license accepted
Certifications: BCLS
Must-Have: Oasis experience, reliable transportation
Job Description:
- Provide home health occupational therapy services in Spokane, WA, and surrounding areas.
- Shift: 8-hour days; cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
- Patient ratio: 1:1, with up to 6 patients per day (30 productivity points standard).
- First-time travelers are not accepted for this position.
- No weekend or on-call requirements.
- No requirement to float between units.
- Locals accepted within a 50-75 mile radius; locals will be accepted at the same rate.
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Occasional travel up to a 50-mile radius, with efficient route planning to minimize drive time.
- Charting to be completed using EPIC/Oasis systems.
- Orientation includes 40 non-billable hours.
- Completion of non-billable modules pre-start and annually with time self-reported.
- Candidates must have two supervisory references covering one year of employment in a comparable specialty/setting within the last three years.
- All travelers are expected to be prepared to float between facilities within the state if required.
