Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - $50-60/hr (Based on Experience)
Full-Time | Millersburg, PA

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing speech-language therapy programs to help patients regain communication and swallowing functions, enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Evaluate patients and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including targeted exercises and short-term/long-term goals.
• Instruct patients, families, and staff in speech-language procedures to promote continued progress in daily activities.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Master's Degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program.
• Successful completion of the Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidate.
• BLS Certification required.
